The Person Behind Your Business Support

EAG Virtual Business Solutions is me, Elva Arteaga-Garavito. I created EAG to put more than 20 years of experience, organization, and problem-solving skills to work for small businesses and solopreneurs.

I spent 20 years working in corporate America, primarily as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, and Project Coordinator. Along the way, I had the opportunity to work with a variety of companies and departments, learning how different businesses operate and finding ways to make things more organized and efficient.

My experience goes beyond traditional administrative support. I have supported executives and their teams, managed projects, coordinated board meetings and events, and developed processes to improve communication and day-to-day operations. I have also helped departments grow from 25 to 150 employees.

I especially enjoyed working with startups, where new processes often needed to be created from the ground up. These experiences taught me how to look at what a business needs, create structure, solve problems, and keep things moving forward.

I had always wanted to start my own business. When my corporate position was outsourced at the end of 2024, I found myself with an unexpected opportunity to finally take that step. That is how EAG Virtual Business Solutions came to be.

Launched in 2026, EAG provides virtual assistant and operations support to small businesses and solopreneurs. I understand that running a small business means managing so many different responsibilities, and administrative and operational tasks can quickly take time away from the work that matters most. That's where I come in.

I provide reliable, practical support that helps take those tasks off your plate, giving you more time to focus on your clients, your business, and your goals — with less stress.

I live in Maryland with my husband, Fernando, and I'm excited to build EAG around something I have always valued throughout my career: helping people and businesses get organized, get things done, and move forward.
